About me
I am a trained Designer with a strong artistic background. I work across a wide range of areas, from classical illustration to 3D modeling, bringing characters to life through animation techniques.
I have also developed skills in programming, working mainly with Front-End using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to make various digital objects I created fully functional.
I have experience in leadership, having led a diverse team with members from various fields. I led the audiovisual and digital design departments, which included Motion Designers, UI/UX Designers, Illustrators, 3D Modelers, Animators, and Front-End Developers. Our team was responsible for the main technology front related to content, with strong connections to the pedagogical teams.
Within the Content team, I was responsible for conducting market research as well as user research—both quantitative and qualitative—with the goal of innovating and improving the experience with our digital interactions, games, and especially our digital book app.
I led and coordinated the entire production of digital objects, digital books, video lessons, augmented reality experiences, and animations for three brands within the Arco group: Sistema Conquista, Sistema Positivo, and Sistema SAE Digital. I always worked closely with pedagogical teams and used agile methodologies throughout the production process, primarily SCRUM and KANBAN.
Currently, I am the lead developer, designer, and artist at Ogaraitti Interactive Studio, where I am also the founder. We provide services to various companies and individuals, including the creation of digital interactions, 3D models, animations, and video lessons.

Key Deliverables:
- Organized the foundation of the company, including website creation, social media setup, market vision, etc;
- Created and edited video lessons, animations, podcasts, and digital interactions for clients.
Arco Educação (2021 - 2024)
Design Coordinator
Leadership roles at Arco are very hands-on, so all the deliverables below involved my direct participation, whether in creation or ideation alongside the team.
Key Deliverables:
- Acted as the creative lead of a multidisciplinary team of 9 professionals (UX, motion, dev), focused on creating and evolving gamified and educational digital experiences;
- Responsible for defining and communicating the creative vision of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Conducted qualitative and quantitative research with teachers and end-users, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to develop MVPs and PWAs that optimized school processes and reduced operational costs.
- Supervised the creative quality of deliverables involving digital interactions, augmented reality, digital books, and animations. Took part in organizing the roadmap, led creative reviews, and defined visual and functional guidelines for products.
- Applied agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN) to ensure efficiency in production workflows. Also contributed to team development and mentorship, focusing on technical growth and cultural alignment.
- Conducted biannual evaluations of all team members, aligning culture and technical development to achieve excellence collectively.
SAE Digital (2018 - 2021)

Key Deliverables:
- Full creation (from design to code) of gamified and non-gamified Digital Objects in both 3D and 2D;
- Creation of educational animations in 3D and 2D;
- Development of HTML chapters for the digital book;
- Full creation (from modeling to functionality) of Augmented Reality experiences using Unity Engine.
